100% of ticket proceeds go directly to IceBreakers. All participating saunas and helpers are donating their time and services completely free to make this event possible.

IceBreakers is a grassroots men's mental health movement built on something beautifully simple: men meeting in nature, stepping into cold water together, talking honestly, supporting each other, and proving that connection can change a life.

Every meet is run by volunteers. Every chapter exists because ordinary men give their time, energy and care to create a space where no one has to pretend they are fine. No fees, no pressure, no judgment. Just community.

Mental health matters. Community matters. Showing up for each other matters. Your participation in the Bristol Sauna Trail directly supports a culture where men are allowed to be human and allowed to heal.

Every pound from your £30 ticket makes a real difference

Bring swimwear, a towel, flip-flops, water bottle, and weather-appropriate clothing for travelling between saunas. Some locations provide towels, but it's best to bring your own. Don't forget your booking confirmation!

Absolutely! The Bristol Sauna Trail welcomes everyone from complete beginners to experienced sauna-goers. Each location has knowledgeable staff who can guide you through proper sauna etiquette and help you enjoy the experience safely.

You have 8 hours (10am-6pm) to visit up to 10 saunas. Most people visit 3-5 locations comfortably. We recommend spending 45-90 minutes at each sauna to fully enjoy the experience. Plan your route based on locations and your energy levels!

Parking varies by location. Your confirmation email will include detailed parking information for each sauna. Most venues have nearby parking, and we recommend using public transport or carpooling where possible to reduce congestion.

The event runs rain or shine! In fact, many sauna enthusiasts love the contrast between cold, rainy weather and the warm sauna. All outdoor areas have shelter, and the cold plunge is extra invigorating in winter weather!

Age policies vary by sauna. Some venues welcome supervised children (typically 12+), while others are 18+ only. Check your booking confirmation for specific age requirements at each location. Children must always be supervised by an adult.

Most saunas on the trail are co-ed with swimwear required. Specific policies for each venue will be detailed in your confirmation email. All spaces are respectful, welcoming environments focused on wellness and community.

Tickets are non-refundable as 100% of proceeds go to IceBreakers charity. However, tickets are transferable - you can pass your ticket to a friend or family member. Just notify us of the name change before the event.
